Seven Years in TibetBack in 1997 when Brad Pitt was promoting his film, Seven Years in Tibet, he was asked a question, the same one many times. He told Time magazine in an interview, “Reporters ask me what I feel China should do about Tibet. Who cares what I think? I’m a f—ing actor.”

Star Magazine is reporting that the change of heart has to do with Angelina Jolie.

A friend of Brad’s told Star, “It wasn’t that he didn’t care, it was more that he hesitated to speak out because he thought no one would care since he’s just an actor. But outspoken Angelina has changed him. She feels that people listen when stars speak out, so celebrities should use their status to draw attention to issues.”
