snipshot_jp99gbtu5.jpgThe funniest movie of the year is about to hit and 20th Century Fox is teaming up with Comic Relief to give people an early screening. Available only in the U.K., tickets cost £8 from which at least £6.80 goes directly to Comic Relief. It appears that there are six locations offering the screening; including a theatre in London and Edinburgh. From the release,

“This autumn sees the release of Sacha Baron Cohen’s hilarious new comedy “Borat”, or to give it its full title (just this once) “Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.” In a fantastic joint initiative, Comic Relief will be holding special screenings on Wednesday 1st November in six locations across the UK, before it goes out on general release on 3rd November, with proceeds going to Comic Relief. Every penny will go towards helping people living really tough lives both here in the UK and in Africa.”

Very nice. I like.

Why Vegetarianism Makes No Sense From A Moral Perspective

I don’t consider my years as a vegetarian as a stepping-stone or prerequisite to veganism

I hope I win the ‘Pig Farmers of Tomorrow’ contest I entered (I’m vegan)

I think I’ll likely have the most interest in pigs of anyone applying, anyway.

Hopefully Jon & Tracey Stewart use their new farm for vegan education

They’ve promised classes on caring for animals and sustainable agriculture, so vegan 101 would be a great place to start.
