Looks like MTV is launching a hip-hop PSA for the environment today on TRL (4 pm ET). But it seems that the video has been leaked, and Hugg found it on YouTube.

The three-minute piece is titled “Trees” and is accompanied with a new track by Dr. Octagon aka Kool Keith.

Update: We just saw the video air on MTV! It IS the above video, and is the first hip-hop video about global warming. Prior to airing the video, they showed a clip of a high school that has created a class that is completely paperless. Now that sounds like a good idea.
