snipshot_uthn1gjhj.jpgNo, not like that. Longoria joined Clinton for another one of those “Support Prop 87” events in San Francisco. The whole swirling vortex of Prop 87 news makes me feel like I’m following another country push through some pretty incredible legislation. Sadly, it’s an individual state making these waves and not, say, our government. Domino Effect?

Anyways, Latin Gossip had the scoop on the event writing,

Eva Longoria joined Bill Clinton at a conference in San Francisco to show her support for Proposition 87, which would provide for a tax on California oil to support alternative energy. All of this is being done because the air in that state is polluted and toxic.”

While the last sentence above is a little bit misleading, California does have some pretty bad air quality issues. Unfortunately, Longoria isn’t as green as her efforts might portray:

“That’s great that Eva is doing this and all, but she drives a BMW 7-Series (8 cylinders, City Mileage: 15 mpg) and a Cadillac Escadale (8 cylinders, City Mileage: 13 mpg).”

Maybe she came to the event on a bus?
