Oxfam America Gets Star Treatment With Gala At Esquire House

November 30th 2006

oa_logo.gifOxfam America has always done amazing work to battle global poverty and encourage change throughout the world. This time of year, their Oxfam Unwrapped campaign is a creative gift-giving idea that allows anyone to ‘buy’ drinking water for a village or textbooks for a child; amongst other important items we all take for granted. (You could even help build a coffee mill for $1,000!)

Celebrities turned out last night to support Oxfam America at the Esquire House in Los Angeles. Stars in attendance included Colin Firth, Mark Ruffalo, Minnie Driver, Kristin Davis, Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Jill Hennessey, Djimon Honsou, Ben Lee, David Moscow, Jason Behr, Catherine Malandrino, Taryn Rose, Wes Chatham, Hart Bochner, Kiele Sanchez, and many more!

We’ll have pictures from the event shortly, but in the meantime, Oxfam was kind enough to send along examples of the fulfillment cards a person might receive by “purchasing” a gift through Oxfam America Unwrapped. Take a look and click to expand!
