Marcia Gay HardenBlood Diamond is out today in theaters across the US. Which means we, and the rest of the world have been talking about diamonds for several days now. Leonardo DiCaprio and Djimon Hounsou made an appearance on Oprah this week to teach us more about the issues around conflict diamonds (and show us some sneak peeks at the film).

Today Ideal Bite tells us about another conflict-free diamond company, Brilliant Earth, who can trace their diamonds back to the source. Apparently Marcia Gay Harden was spotted with one of these rocks just last week.  Oh, and the company donates 5% of the profits to the Diamonds for Africa Fund.
