China View reports that Chinese pop star Jane Zhang, along with other international singers and musicians, is set to record a song entitled “Give Your Love” for charitable organization World Peace One. The group will be organizing a global concert entitled “A Call For An End To War” in August which will take place in different cities and broadcast around the world.

It doesn’t appear that the artists mentioned in the article have actually committed to the project yet, because the World Peace One website just says celebrities such as Madonna, The Who, U2, Green Day, Enya, The Dixie Chicks, and Pearl Jam “will be invited to participate,” so we’re keeping an eye out for more news on this concert.
