snipshot_b211tur0d5v3.jpgIt’s almost like being there. While the announcement was made earlier this week for the environmental concert sensation, Live Earth, we’ve only been able to read snippets of what was said at the launch event.  Thanks to Linton over at Hugg, we’ve received the full 42-minute link to the press conference and a better picture of the full details.

You’ve got Cameron Diaz opening the event and then standing astride Al Gore with fellow organizer (and founder of SOS) Kevin Wall.  Diaz talks of her love for the environment, her time spent with Al learning his ‘Inconvenient Truth‘  slide show, and her hopes for the Live Earth event. Gore then takes center stage and give a great speech on why the event formed, his beliefs for what it will do to inspire millions, and the climate crisis we all face. After that, Kevin Wall dishes the details on the event and his organization, SOS. And so on, and so on.

For the full video, hit the link and take it all in. This summer is going to rock.
