bonjovi.jpgWas Bon Jovi inspired by the recent movie, Perfume? Apparently, the singer has concocted his signature scent and is preparing to release it as an aftershave. Set for release in the UK this summer, the cosmetics brand Coty is assisting the singer with the process.

Everyone from J-Lo to David Beckham to Britney Spears has a scent or cosmetic line out there. It’s simply an option on a list that includes opening a restaurant, production company, or fashion line. One thing Bon Jovi is doing different compared to all the others is his plan to donate a portion of all profits to various charities throughout America. We’ve no word on who stands to benefit, but hopefully we’ll see one or two environmental groups on there.

Still no word on whether or not Britney plans to respond to Bon Jovi’s news by announcing she’s teaming up with Nad’s.
