Reese Witherspoon, Orlando Bloom, Betty White, Lauren Bacall, and Ryan Gosling are just some of the celebs who have scribbled their signatures on wooden dog bones which will be auctioned off until April 12th. The money raised will help fund projects by the Mississippi Animal Rescue League. Last year, signed bones fetched a total of $40,000, and this year they’re shooting for $50,000. They’re also attempting to raise funds through an event cleverly called the Fur Ball, hehe.

The auction is run by Charity Folks, so you might want to check out what other dog bones are up for grabs. You’ll face a lot of competition from Orlando Bloom fans though–the dog bone he signed is already running up to $650!

Criticize veganism, but don’t discredit it

Oppressive and harmful behaviour has no place in a movement rooted in anti-oppression.

Jallikattu was a single issue campaign doomed for failure

Filing a case in the courts is a time-consuming and expensive affair and, sadly, doomed to fail because, by and large, the laws of the land reflect the views of the people.
