Sometimes when you have to deal with something that is difficult, you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It seems like all is lost. That’s when it helps to find role models that have been through what you’re going through and have survived. Celebrities live so much in the public eye, they become our role models.

We recently came across a video that tackles just this issue. It highlights celebrities with diabetes, and you might just be surprised who you see. It’s hosted by Jim Turner, who you probably know from HBO’s Arli$$.

In all, dLife has almost 40 videos dedicated to celebs with the condition. Diabetes Health also keeps a list of famous diabetics. It includes Halle Berry, Delta Burke, Mary Tyler Moore, and George C Scott. Hopefully others will find inspiration by knowing that someone in the spotlight knows what they are going through.
