Actress and TV host Denise Van Outen is proudly declaring her love for recycling and encouraging the people of Somerset to get involved, especially during the county’s Recycle Now Week. Somerset appears to have been working hard to get its residents to take part, since they also held Compost Awareness Week earlier last month. Denise says,

“I’ve been into recycling for several years, and it’s great to see that it’s no longer something just a few of us do.

“In fact, with everyone from George Clooney and Cameron Diaz to Lily Cole championing environmental issues, going green has never been more fashionable.”

True that, but hopefully, being green won’t just be a fad like some fashion trends.
