Birthdays only come but once a year. But, for Pamela Anderson, she celebrates it three weeks before her real birth date—July 1st. On Tuesday, June 12th, 2007, the blonde bombshell celebrated her 40th birthday at Sublime—an uber-trendy vegan restaurant located in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.—with her PETA entourage by her side.

The soon-to-be forty-year old flew in from Las Vegas, where she has been assisting magician Hans Klock in “Beauty of Magic” currently showing at the new Planet Hollywood Resort. Since Pammie holds the Honorary Director position at PETA, it’s safe to assume no animals will be harmed in making the show.

It’s about time a handsome vegan devil like Bob Barker stepped into the kitchen to show other men how the cruelty-free lifestyle is done—and without shame. The American game show host ditched his microphone for a rolling pin and swapped his signature recipe—vegan enchilada bake—with Esquire.com. Surprise ingredient: Fritos!

And tell the fellas what they’ve won by eating vegan, Bob? Gents you’ve won health benefits, saved the lives of animals and lessened your carbon footprint on the environment.
