The current article you are reading does not reflect the views of the current editors and contributors of the new Ecorazzi

We’re entering the home stretch now for the start of Live Earth. The media is beginning to turn up the volume on coverage, the fans are descending on cities, and Ecorazzi is shifting gears. Starting this Thursday, we’ll be moving our HQ to NYC where we’ll be reporting live from the Big Apple and digging up news on this green music spectacle. Our first stop? A live townhouse meeting with the big man himself, Mr. Al Gore.

On July 5th at 1:30PM EST, Treehugger’s Simran Sethi will be moderating a discussion on global warming between Al Gore and, well, you. People all over the world will be invited to submit questions to Al (through the MSN Live Earth site) where he will then deliver some answers — or tips — for your enjoyment. From the release,

“Whether you have questions on how to make your home more green or how to make small, yet effective, changes to your daily routine, Gore will offer simple tips and tricks you can start using immediately.”

Why Vegetarianism Makes No Sense From A Moral Perspective

I don’t consider my years as a vegetarian as a stepping-stone or prerequisite to veganism

I hope I win the ‘Pig Farmers of Tomorrow’ contest I entered (I’m vegan)

I think I’ll likely have the most interest in pigs of anyone applying, anyway.

Hopefully Jon & Tracey Stewart use their new farm for vegan education

They’ve promised classes on caring for animals and sustainable agriculture, so vegan 101 would be a great place to start.
