I managed to talk to Kevin Bacon backstage at Live Earth and ask him how his Six Degrees project was going. To date, the website has raised more than $694,000 for various charities. Kevin thought it was all going well. “We love what’s been happening with the site and the charity. Everything is going really well. We can’t thank everyone enough for their support.”

Meanwhile, Cameron Diaz has been walking around — as has Sting, John Mayer, and Alec Baldwin. It’s quite the collection of people wandering around here. Sting will be having a press conference later which we will upload as soon as it’s ready.
