Rebecca in the stadium just called in to report that a plane has flown overhead towing a banner proclaiming, “Don’t Trust Al Gore.” Just a hunch, but I’m guessing this aircraft was not flown by anyone we know. Indeed, it’s been sponsored, apparently, by a group called demanddebate.com. Hmmm…

demanddebate.com is registered to Steven Milloy, a well-paid shill for big oil and big tobacco. “Demand Debate?” More like “Deliberate FUD.”
To the above commenter, then you perhaps you could argue that Al Gore is the ultimate shill for alternate energy business interests. When he ran for president in 2000, he disclosed his net worth at between 1 and 2 million dollars. It’s now over $100 million thanks in large part to his financial interests in Generation Investments which invests in alternate energy. Yes, that’s right, Al Gore has major conflict of interest but you choose not to see it that way.
Global warming is a joke. Al Gore is a loser. I’m for more airplane banners !!!
Can you imagine how much fuel was used on this thing? It circled ALL DAY.
