Taking Back Sunday turned up the volume while on stage at Live Earth, encouraging fans at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, to walk away ready to take some action against global warming.

“It’s a good thing I’m not a preacher,” Taking Back Sunday’s Adam Lazzara said, after telling fans, “Please leave here with some kind of literature. This is not a debatable issue we’re up against.”

Lazzara may be able to take the heat, donning a three-piece black suit in the 90 degree heat, but the Earth certainly can’t—not one minute, no, second more. And Lazzara and his crew know that global warming is what they, no we, are up against…
