Yesterday, actor Adrian Grenier celebrated his 31st birthday. According to our sources, Grenier took his girlfriend and 30 of his good friends, rented a house in Malibu on the coast, and partied it up well into the night. The drink of choice to celebrate the occasion — none other than the VeeV Açaí liquor we wrote about previously. Apparently, Adrian is a huge fan, and loves that the company donates $1 per bottle sold to the Rainforest Action Network and the Sustainable Açaí Project that VeeV founded with Sambazon. We also recently found out that VeeV’s distiller, Distilled Resources, has partnered with Rocky Mountain Power Company and their “Blue Sky” renewable energy program to receive no less than 25% of their monthly electrical consumption from wind generated power. If only every fine drink went down as well with the conscience as VeeV.
