iPhone-style Mania Hits NYC’s Whole Foods

This was the scene last evening outside of Whole Foods on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
I left the area at about 1:30. Shortly before dawn, a torrential rainstorm hit the city. No idea how the line-sitters I met fared during the deluge, but I do hope they didn’t have to abandon their positions for the sake of staying dry.
