One of the hottest brands in LA that’s combining stylish designs with sustainable fabrics and charitable initiatives is Threads For Thought. Their mission statement says it all with clothing that “provokes reflection and discussion through designs inspired by vital issues facing today’s world.” Each collection draws inspiration from three major points: Africa, the Environment, and Peace.

In partnership with the NRDC (National Resource Defense Council)  and IRC (International Rescue Committee), THT’s all-organic cotton offerings have attracted a large following from Hollywood. Celebrities like Jaime Foxx, John Norris, Don Cheadle, and several others have all been spotted with THT’s iconic t-shirts. With new attractive designs appearing all the time on their site, along with their sustainable practices and humanitarian focus, Threads For Thought is definitely a brand we can support.

Have a look at their site for more information. The “Support Your Local Farmers Market” shirt is especially rad.

Thanks to Victoria-E for the tip!
