Halle Berry Chooses Organic Clothing For Upcoming Baby

Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry recently announced that she is expecting her first child with model Gabriel Aubry. Wasting no time getting ready for the new addition to the family, Berry was recently spotted picking out some organic baby clothing.
The organic baby scene has received a lot of press over the past year; no doubt in large part thanks to the immense amount of celebrity parents getting behind the industry and choosing the environmentally-friendly wear over traditional garb. Halle is also getting the Green Edition Bassinet and Orbit Infant Stroller System. (she discussed her admiration for the system earlier this month in NY at the premiere of Things We Lost in the Fire).
The Green Bassinet from Orbit features organic virgin wool, and is 100% PVC free. All the products are highly recycleable. Also part of the proceeds from the Orbit will go to the Nature Conservancy.
It’s a shame more celebs are not seen doing more that is better for their babies and environment like using washable nappies and breastfeeding.
