UJeans, an eco-friendly producer of custom designed jeans made from sustainable materials, is looking for a few good celebrity spokespeople to represent their line. From the call sheet,
“Each pair of jeans is actually designed by the customer and is also made according to the wearer’s own body measurements. In other words, these jeans fit! The jeans are made from sustainable growth cotton and earth-friendly dyes. All of the packing materials related to the jeans are re-useable. The company believes in fair trade and living wage programs, and uses these ideals when selecting any new supplier. We are looking for celebrities who reflect the ideas of the company.”
We’re posting this here on the off-chance that some famous folk out there may take up the opportunity to represent and bring awareness to this sustainable company. We’d love to see more fashion trends like this one taking off and making in-roads with traditional markets. Environmentally-responsible companies deserve a share of the spotlight. If you’re interested, contact Daniel Feuer at daniel@ujeans.com by Sept. 30 for more information.

One of the benefits of Global Heating is that people will be wearing more shorts.
Less material, more environmentally sound.
Well, we make shorts too!
