jon.jpgFor the 20 minutes or so that I tuned into the Emmy Awards last night, it appears that I caught some of the best parts. There was a hilarious spoof of “Don’t Forget The Lyrics” between Rainn Wilson and Kayne West. The topic? “Songs of Kayne West”. Most entertaining, however, was Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart’s presentation for “Best Lead Actor in a Television Series”.

Colbert came out on stage using a leaf blower and Jon chastised him for using it during the “green” Emmys. Colbert then went into a hilarious — and lately hot topic — of celebrity hypocrisy and pontificating this and that. He also asked Jon how he arrived to the Emmys — claiming The Daily Show host arrived in a “Triple-Sandwich Jet”. In the end, they both agreed on carbon credits (blah!) as the answer to rounding out the problem. Why the hell am I explaining all this? Just hit the video below for the full skit — including the hilarious end with Steve Carell.
