Al Gore To Break It Down On Upcoming Episode Of 30 Rock

gorethumbsup.jpgAdding to his entertainment resume, former Vice President Al Gore will guest star on an upcoming episode of NBC’s hit show 30 Rock.

The guest appearance is expected to coincide with the network’s “Week of Green” starting November 4th; in which all shows will carry an eco-friendly theme of some kind. A spokesperson for Gore said that her boss had a “great time” filming the episode in New York last week, but would not allude to the role he might play in the comedy. “You’ll just have to watch,” she quipped. NBC meanwhile is keeping its mouth shut and refuses to confirm any of it.

One thing’s for sure, the cast certainly think Gore is the man. They were apparently all seen wearing “Gore ’08″ t-shirts. Nice.

    Really? If they think he is the man have they all signed the Live Earth pledge and supported his organizations? What are their carbon footprints? Wearing a shirt to blindside him isn’t support, it’s harrassment.

    i wish he wouldn’t stop. i love al gore, and would vote for him in a heartbeat, even though i’m not a democrat. but i don’t see why he would run for prez, as right now he gets to have his (eco)cake & eat it too. wearing shirts isn’t harrassment, but blurting out you carbon footprint is.
