In 2005, designers as well as celebrities like Liv Tyler, Helena Christensen, Alicia Keys, and The Edge pitched in to pretty up some lunchboxes for The Lunchbox Auction which benefited hungry children in New York City care of The Food Bank and The Lunchbox Fund for South Africa.

This year, the auction is taking place all over again, kicking off on December 6. David Bowie, Lily Allen, and Kanye West are just some of the celebrities who will be unveiling their lunchbox designs for the event.
