ALSO biofuels threaten food security and food sovereignty for billions of people in the so-called-developing world, and may even contribute far more to the environmental issues our globe is facing than regular fuels because of the methods by which the crops are farmed. so, really, get on your bike. if you can't bike, get on a bus, if you gotta fly, the least you can do is buy carbon off sets. but don't by a hybrid car and think you're gods gift to the planet. i agree with Derek, partially.
