How many guests will go out and use Roots restaurant, Square One vodka or Veev in their day-to-day lives? How does celebrity involvement increase awareness and create the green-impulse in others. Clearly, when you talk to the celebs, it's easy to be impressed with their eco-knowledge; but on the outside their involvement seems merely fringe. Get them to work on that would you?
