PETA Blames Britney’s Diet For Her Mental Issues
Who's crazy now?

Thank God PETA weighed in on the whole “Britney Spears Crisis”. I had it between them and the Pope as the next to explain to us why she’s suffering and how she can help herself. Their comments are particularly interesting — and they’ve gone so far as to send one of their famous letters to her parents. However, this one is termed ‘friendly’ and ‘helpful’. Here’s a bit of what will most likely end up in the garbage before gracing their eyes. From the thoughts of PETA President Ingrid Newkirk:
“We have heard that Britney asked for ice-cream while she was in the hospital. There could, in fact, be a connection between her diet and her mental-health problems. Numerous reports indicate that in bipolar patients who have hidden dairy sensitivities (a fairly common condition), the disorder can worsen if the patient consumes dairy products.
“And a significant body of research-including evidence cited by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-has linked parasites that are often found in undercooked meat (Toxoplasma gondii) to the development of schizophrenia.”
The letter then goes on to say that Britney should immediately be placed on a Vegan diet to benefit her mental and physical health. Ingrid even includes a copy of PETA’s free “Vegetarian Starter Kit”. How kind.
We cover PETA consistently on this site and respect the efforts they take to make the world a better place for animals. However, this is one of those actions that only invites ridicule and senselessly exploits the troubles of another individual to push forward an agenda. This is over the top, plain and simple.

Wow, that astounds me that PETA is now involved in the Britney Spears Saga. How sad.
PS. This is the one blog I was hoping I wouldn’t have to worry about seeing BS on…but I guess it is related…ugh.
I dunno though… she is over the top too. How do you try to reach someone that is that far gone if you’re at the other extreme of where they’re at? Your’e right, it will probably end up in the garbage, but I think it was cool they tried.
For many years I believed that foods could affect me, until I did some serious experiments with my diet. These showed that there was no reliable causal link whatsoever.
The book ‘A Course in Miracles’ says that everything that happens to the body, we unconsciously cause ourselves, unto life and death. Over the last year, I have seen my face grow some 10 - 12 years younger through my own decision. I have reliable witnesses.
Doesn’t PETA stand for People Eating Tasty Animals?
Doesn’t PETA have anything better to do, like running the “shelter” with the worst percentage of euthanized pets in the country?
at she is trying to get well but it will be time and she need s to get way from the boyfriends she has find someone near her mom s home because this would build a better family and wont as hard on her and the kids . so if she stop singing she allways tech to kids had to dance and sing and do thing that can get them to become singer
it’s ironic that the dairy and the meat diets are being being pointed out as the culprit in Brit’s mental problems. It can also be the Starbucks coffee that she has consumed that made her restless and sleepless for 4 nights prior to her trip to the UCLA(not the university). She should hire a nutritionist to plan a balanced meal
or she can teach herself how to be a good cook. She has a good mind that has gone to waste. She has wasted her time looking for love from men who only loved her money. Turn to your faith in God.
Before you became a pop star I heard you
talking how “blessed” you are. It’s not too late,Brit. Contact me if you want my help.
you
