It can also be the Starbucks coffee that she has consumed that made her restless and sleepless for 4 nights prior to her trip to the UCLA(not the university). She should hire a nutritionist to plan a balanced meal or she can teach herself how to be a good cook. She has a good mind that has gone to waste. These showed that there was no reliable causal link whatsoever. The book 'A Course in Miracles' says that everything that happens to the body, we unconsciously cause ourselves, unto life and death. Over the last year, I have seen my face grow some 10 - 12 years younger through my own decision. I have reliable witnesses.
