On February 29th in LA, the first ever gathering of green wedding experts will come together at Love Is In The Air — a stylish event that offers brides and grooms solutions to planning a glamorous green wedding celebration. Supermodel Josie Maran will join a list of participants that includes everything from sustainable clothing designers to organic makeup choices. Here’s a bit more detail:

Regardless of whether you have envisioned a classic, vintage, or modern wedding celebration, LOVE IS IN THE AIR will show you that an eco-friendly wedding can be glamorous. Future newlyweds will find sustainable solutions for everything from the ring, the invitations, photography, catering, and hair and make up to the honeymoon. Guests will be treated to a salon style fashion show featuring beautiful wedding dresses, gorgeous jewelry and perfect make-up. The best part? It’s all sustainable. To make sure all brides-to-be feel even more pampered, all guests will enjoy complimentary mani/pedi’s from Veda Organic Spa and make-up tips from supermodel Josie Maran.

Proceeds from Love Is In The Air will go to the Coalition for Clean Air, an organization dedicated to restoring clean, healthy air and promoting community involvement and responsible public policy.

Currently, tickets to the event are $100. But since it’s Valentine’s Day, if you’re a bride-to-be and are interested in attending, we’ve got a pair with your name on it.
