Was this house built on a "greenfield" piece of property or was it a site that had already been built on? It's in the "Lowcountry"; does that mean wetland? Is it going to be underwater? Even they put quotation marks around "green home" on the website. Check out the link above to see the "Dream Home" site they built on last time around. Who are they trying to kid?
