Break out those social calendars – we’ve got another cool event happening in New York City that we thought y’all might be interested in. Pangea Organics is once again teaming up with Lexus Hybrid Living, Ideal Bite, Good Magazine, Plenty Magazine, and a growing list of other cool green companies to celebrate Earth Day Awareness Month. From the release,

“The focus of the event, which will take place at Loft Eleven, in New York City, on the evening of Wednesday April 2, 2008, will be for guests to explore the future of humanity and what it means to live green.  Pangea Organics Founder and CEO Joshua Scott Onysko will address the audience on sustainable living and business, with an emphasis on the power and importance of “Buycotting” (rather than “Boycotting”) with consumer spending dollars.”

The keynote speaker for the evening will be acclaimed environmentalist, entrepreneur, and bestselling author Paul Hawken. There will also be a Pangea Organics mini-spa (complete with mini-facials, hand massages, and mineral make-up application), a Lexus Hybrid outdoor vehicle display and a Dagoba Organic Chocolate panini bar (yum!) — as well a host of cool products and companies to check out.

Tickets are $125 each and must be purchased in advance by calling Pangea toll-free at 877.679.5954 or emailing info@pangeaorganics.com. We’ll see you there!

Y’all, unless they are serving chocolate sandwiches – which they should – they have no business calling it the Dagoba Organic Chocolate panini bar :) also, it would be more honest to call it the Hershey’s panini bar, wouldn’t it? aren’t they owned by Hershey’s now?
