[...] Back in April, actor George Clooney anted up $300,000 for Brad Pitt’s Make It Right NOLA foundation. The organization, as we’ve beaten into your heads repeatedly, was created to build 150 sustainable, eco-friendly homes in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward. Clooney’s donation covered the creation of two homes. Currently, the group has achieved funding for 84 homes. [...]

[...] It’s no surprise that George Clooney is generous with his cash, but we were excited to learn that he’s taken part in raising some dough for Brad Pitt’s campaign to help rebuild New Orleans. Apparently, Clooney donated $300,000 — or the equivalent of two eco-friendly, sustainable homes. Currently, the Make It Right Foundation has raised enough for 81 out of the 150 homes needed. Source [...]

Thank you for helping New Orleans. They will rebuild. You forget how much you love a place until you've been away. There are handful of cities in the world that elevate sensuality to a religious experience. New Orleans is one of them.It is the temple of the appetites, with a streak of lunacy that constancly pushes life to he edge, says Rebecca Burns. The music the food the people...Support New Orleans,go to the Jazz Fest April 25-27 May 1-4...Wake up voters look what Bush and his Republicans did for NoLa...NOTHING. Look what has happened to us for the past 8 years..I live in Florida,we should have the right to vote..I hope to move back to new Orleans in June
