There’s a rumor drifting online just above a whisper that Al Gore and Jimmy Carter may be about to act either together or in sequence to end the Democratic primary and gather support behind a single candidate.

Such rumors generally come from barely-credible sources, in this case the UK Scotsman, but if true it would be a blow to the one candidate suspected to not be getting the endorsement of either gentleman: Hillary Clinton. From the article,

“Former president Carter and former vice-president Gore have already held high-level discussions about delivering the message that she must stand down for the good of the Democrats. ‘They’re in discussions,’ a source close to Carter told Scotland on Sunday. ‘Carter has been talking to Gore. They will act, possibly together, or in sequence.’ An appeal by both men for Democrats to unite behind Clinton’s rival, Barack Obama, would have a powerful effect, and insiders say it is a question of when, rather than if, they act.”

Other sources claim that such an announcement might be imminent — which would be interesting strategy ahead of the April 22nd Pennsylvania primary.

Stay tuned!

An Obama wet dream that point these talking points out to the people who reported his Advisor’s “Monster” comments. Payback?

Obama tried spreading rumors of an endorsement for how many months to woo Al Gore supporters, and it didn’t work, now this. Please.

And Donna Brazile is probably behind it.

Desperation to try to attach his name to Al gore any way he can. Including, constantly name dropping and saying he talks to Al regularly AND that he would offer Al Gore a position in his admin.

TOO BAD OBAMA CAN’T LISTEN. He would have maybe heard the many Global Warming problems and solutions he should be adopting, instead of going in bed further with special interests pushing Nukes, Coal and LIQUID COAL.

TOO maybe he would listen to Al Gore’s own words about his ambitions, where specifically addressed the question to the last time Obama tried name dropping. IF HE WENT BACK IN TO POLITICS, “it would only be as a candidate for President”.

Or, is Obama going to call these comments, bitter, gun or Relgious fanatatics, raciist or bigoted because we don’t support him and his lack of?

ps: Being poor does not equal being low class. Nor does having money mean you have class.
In case you were too undiscerning to recognise the difference.

At any rate Al Gore is right about climate change, right? Or is he wrong? He says it was man-made, not just Earth’s standard cycle over thousands of years. You think?
