Being green is so awesome that even Pink wants to be green. Get it? Pink? Green? Colors? Nevermind!
After spending some time cooking and gardening in Tuscany, Italy, Pink discovered a love for all things organic and claims a trip through her chef teacher’s garden really gave her a green thumb.
She says, “I’ve put in several raised beds of vegetables: swiss chard, kale, onions, tomatoes, grapes, broccoli, carrots. I’m even going to make my own wine. I love to be dirty, to get in the mud. And I can eat fresh, organic dishes every day.”
Delicious! To find out more about all the benefits of eating organic, visit the Organic Trade Associations website and get a cookin’!
