I belive what they mean here is BLOOD DIAMONDS not CONFLICT-FREE DIAMONDS. I belive what they mean here is BLOOD DIAMONDS not CONFLICT-FREE DIAMONDS. If that were the definition of conflict-free, well they wouldn’t be all that conflict-free now would they?
