		<description>This is awesome! Every time a new subdivision is planned in my area (which in Atlanta means alot), I wish they would at least attempt something like this. The most you ever really hear is that they are trying to retain some &quot;green space&quot;, which generally means a couple of trees left standing here and there. Don&#039;t get me wrong...I know progress is necessary. But can we progress and be good to the Earth at the same time?
