Painter Bob Ross Is Alive, Well, And Angry Over Ethnic Cleansing

Filed under: campaigns, video, web — michael @ 9:21 am

Remember Bob Ross? He was the guy with the massive afro and hippy disposition that would paint the most amazing landscapes from scratch on PBS. Even while channel surfing, you couldn’t help but pause and check out the “fluffy white clouds” or “happy little streams” Ross would create from his palette. As he once said, “It’s because I can create the kind of world that I want, and I can make this world as happy as I want it. Shoot, if you want bad stuff, watch the news.”

Sadly, Ross passed away in 1995 — but he’s suddenly resurfaced online and is less happy than before. Perhaps he started watching the news. Check out this video for a Netherlands-based charity.

  1. The charity is based in the Netherlands, not in Germany (the subtitles are dutch as well).

    Liked the video though!

  2. My bad — thanks Basti!
