OK, this is pretty cool! My 3 oldest kids get to download a song a week from itunes. They usually have about 4 or 5 songs that they listen to in rotation all day long for about a month and then they shift, etc…Well, the one that caught my ear this time was Jason Mraz’ I’m Yours – and I even mentioned the song in my Daily Raw Inspiration newsletter because the words are so inspiring, especially about opening up your plans and becoming free – so true! – Reminds me of the 4 hr. work week book – …Anyway, then I heard that I’m Yours won song of the year at the Grammy’s!!! THEN, today, we found out Jason Mraz is a raw vegan!! My kids are in awe and amazement! We are raw vegans and it is just so inspiring to see someone changing the vibration of the planet with music and then learning that part of that consciousness may have resulted from this really special diet! Yay Jason! Will you be a Raw Spirit Fest in Santa Barbara? Hope to see you there!

I admire Jason After living with a stepdad for 10 years who was obsessed with growing his own food and being vegetarian my views about the food industry have changed A LOT. I agree with him about the “alternative” healthy diet. We should eat what we have rather than process chemicals into what we call food.

I admire Jason musically and lifestyle-istically. I’m in the entertainment and health-inspiration field myself and feel we’ll be following up our first film (in the website I gave for this comment) with more music and talent-filled real stories about people healing and transitioning to a more positive way of being, with all the aspects of the human journey involved.
