Calling them her “ethical advisers”, Pamela Anderson has decided to part ways with her 2000 Dodge Viper sports car and sell the vehicle to raise money for PETA.
The 40-year-old actress recently held a private estate sale (read: garage sale) so she could clear house and raise some cash. On June 21 and 22 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Anderson’s Viper will be auctioned off for the “Julien’s Auctions’ Summer Entertainment Sale of Hollywood memorabilia” event. “I’m a terrible driver,” she said. “It’s just not a good idea for me to have a Viper.”
She also said that with PETA, she sees actual results — so helping to fund initiatives that accomplish goals is rewarding for her. “I get sports stuff for my kids,” she said. “But me? I, just on a whim, give everything away. This is another one of those opportunities, but it’s specific. It goes to the cause.”

How can she look at that beautiful dog of hers and still support the organization that has killed over 17,000 companion animals?
