Neve Campbell’s “Burn Up” Trailer Is Hilariously Dramatic

June 11th 2008

As we mentioned earlier, Neve Campbell’s new mini-series, Burn Up, has yet to find a U.S. network brave enough to air its controversial plot. But could the real reason be because the film just sucks? This trailer — with it’s dramatic voice and music, wouldn’t necessarily sell me. Take a look:

  1. um, i’d leave out that loser who’s attempting to do the voice overs. it sounds like a bad sportscaster.

  2. It sounds like the guy from the Geico Ad!
“In a world surrounded by water…!!!”

  3. Seriously, it’s so laughably bad!

  4. Is it a comedy, a drama or some unknown genre? They need to fire the voiceover guy. And I still can’t figure out exactly what it’s supposed to be about.

  5. Solution… re-edit it with only Neve Campbell’s scenes on screen and sell it as 2 hour TV movie! ;o)

  6. Chreck out the BBC trailer which is much less dramatic than this version produced for Alchemy the sales company.
