Lindsay Lohan has been a dedicated subscriberer to the vintage clothing scene for about as long as we can remember. Actually, we made that up. VISA no doubt threw a lot of cash her way (so she can purchase some new garb) to make her the face of its new campaign for ethical fashion.

As we mentioned back in April, the 22-year-old actress is starring in some new ads plugging the campaign — which encourages shoppers to swap their unwanted clothing in the Visa Swap shop at London’s Covent Garden. Said Lohan of the event, “The concept of swapping clothes, getting something for nothing and refreshing your wardrobe appeals to everyone.”
