Jessica Alba Had A Natural, Hypnobirth

July 16th 2008

OK! Magazine has published the first photos of Jessica Alba’s new daughter Honor Marie Warren (for which the star raked in $1.5 million) and reveals in an interview how hypnobirthing helped her get through the labor.

“I didn’t scream,” Jessica told OK!  “It was really Zen. The labor was more like meditation. I did yoga breathing. I was focused.”

Cash Warren, Jessica’s husband, was impressed with her quiet strength. “She didn’t make a sound,” he says. “It was amazing.”

  1. That is so great to hear considering the trend in Hollywood is a c-section/tuck (called a c-tuck) at 36 weeks. It is nice to hear a star actually put effort into her birth, you go Jess!

  2. Alisha Tambourri of Clear Mind Hypnotherapy was Jessica’s instructor. She is a wonderful professional, who has been in the field for over 30 years.
