I was in Guatemala a week or so after Demi and Ashyon and Demi’s daughter, and had the same van/driver — Martin. I was on a human rights education trip sponsored by Rights Action. I applaud Demi and her family for their efforts to help the many poor people of this country.

Ah good point Natalie somehow even extremist anti fur *me* missed that one. I just saw her on some sick site Fur Fashion Guide (For people with a passion for fur it says- that’s messed up) Good point. So few celebs (or people for that matter) are truly eco. So many are hypocrites

Very Cool. Now Demi stop wearing fur – its tacky and contrary to someone who is compassionate and cares about the environment….or at least who cares about “appearing” compassionate and eco.

I gotta agree with Kelly. I love cougars, but just because Demi married a man not her age doesn’t mean everyone has to point it out. (No one points out that most of the old shriveled up men in H’wood are married to younger women…)

But I do give kudos to ER for pointing out their good deeds. And it’s good to see a relationship can work (marriage even! wow gasp!) between an older woman and younger man. By the way I know we all hope we are as hot as Demi at her age. I sure as hell know *I* hope to be.
