It was only a matter of time. On August 12th, Seed Media will launch Boho, a green fashion magazine dedicated to the eco-conscious woman.
So just what might the “eco-conscious woman” find in said Boho? Well this 100% post-consumer waste (that’s the good stuff), non-glossy, natural soy ink mag will cover such topics as green décor, fashion, beauty, travel and lifestyle. Furthermore, the magazine plans to participate in charity events, including an upcoming promotional concert with an Ecorazzi favorite charity, Soles4Souls.
Gina La Morte, founder and editor in chief of Boho says, “The timing is perfect because people need and desire to do good things and give back and help the environment. They want to make changes in their own environments and their everyday experiences, but still want to read a magazine, so we wanted to do it in the most eco-friendly way possible.”
Boho will launch on August 12th and hit stores around the same time. You can pick up your copy at supermarkets, retail chains and newsstands in the US and Canada, including select Whole Foods stores and all Borders and Barnes & Noble stores. This magazine sounds like the real deal to me! Doesn’t it feel good to go green?

Well, at least they didn’t call it Lü!
Let me rephrase that, Boho’s claim that they are the first fashion magazine to be 100% recycled in their paper, packaging and inks is not quite true. Foam has been doing it for over a year… Positively Green is doing it, plus quite a few others all listed here:

Don’t mind me, since 2001 we’ve been begging Hachette to greenlight Lü… and it’s more than just a little frustrating, having assembled the best green team on Earth to wait around for their publishing majesty to come down the oil, coal and nuclear mountain!
Good info
Thank-you
Ps Love the febreze ad!
