Foam has been doing it for over a year... Positively Green is doing it, plus quite a few others all listed here: www.remyc.com/paperproject.html Don't mind me, since 2001 we've been begging Hachette to greenlight Lü... and it's more than just a little frustrating, having assembled the best green team on Earth to wait around for their publishing majesty to come down the oil, coal and nuclear mountain!
