Alright, let’s kick this celebration off with some sweet goodness from Theo Chocolates! Take a look at this beautiful gift pack of all-organic dark yuminess that’s also Fair Trade certified. Should you be the lucky winner, you’ll receive a 32 piece Theo Confection Collection Box, Nib Brittle, enrobed or naked (4 oz.), Sipping Chocolate (1 lb.), 3 of their 3400 Phinney flavored bars (2 oz. bars) and 2 Theo Origin bars (3 oz. bars).

Sweet tooth aching yet?

We dig Theo because they were pioneers in the act of switching to organic chocolate — becoming the first importer of organic cocoa beans into North America in 1994. To this day, Theo is the only roaster of organic cocoa beans and the first roaster of Fair Trade certified cocoa beans in the United States. They were recently honored this year with 5 medals from The Academy Of Chocolate and have also been featured as a favorite of Oprah in her O Magazine.

We’re pretty sure you do not need any convincing that this is some damn fine chocolate — but feel free to jump over to their official site anyways.

Want to win? Leave a comment below on why you need this delicious sugar fix! One comment will be drawn at random 72 hours from now. The full contest details are available here. Good luck!

  • http://www.yourwildchild.com Melynda

I am 40 weeks and 5 days pregnant. That’s five days past my due date. I’m tired and uncomfortable and chocolate will give me solace.

Assuming I have this baby before the chocolate arrives, then I’ll be a tired mother of a 1.5 year old and a newborn!

Only dark, organic chocolate can help!

  • Julie M

In this house chocolate is a staple, it has it’s own food group, haha. Add to the fact that this is a Fair trade product and that makes it almost perfect!! Thanks for the great contest!! :)

I NEEEEEED this goodness because I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day and coworkers insist on filling a candy jar with non-vegan yuckiness … and they keep the candy jar in my cubicle

Theo makes fair trade chocolate and I need chocolate as much as I need a clear conscience.

  • Holly

I’m trying to green every aspect of my life and since chocolate is my biggest vice some organic chocolate would really help!

  • http://www.vegoftheweek.com vegoftheweek

Different chocolate for every week, of course!

  • Rachelle

    I’m PMSing and I’m vegan…Need I say more? LOL!…Happy Birthday!! :)

  • VeggieTart

Sugar, salt, chocolate, caffeine–these are a few of my favorite things.

If I win, can I get it all vegan? I always have something chocolate in my bag in the event of a stressful day. If I were a true chocoholic, I’d be pouring vegan chocolate syrup over chocolate soy ice cream, but I’m not that nuts.

And I promise I’ll share it with my boyfriend–if he behaves.

  • http://www.ecosalon.com Sara

My boyfriend sent me the truffles and bars right before Valentine’s Day this year and I was in heaven. The truffles are so fresh they burst with flavor – the lemon and the PB&J was my favorite. The bars are awesome too – the curry is really interesting and the chocolate and bread is surprisingly accurate – like a chocolate croissant. :)

My friend had a stomach thing wherein she had to give up eating solid foods for awhile. I told her I’d give up my favorite thing too. So I gave up chocolate. Turns out they misdiagnosed her. She’s eating solid foods again… and me? I have yet to catch up!

  • Kate

I really, really NEED the energy as you can imagine!! I NEED some sugar to keep up with them! LOL Some days trash cans are thrown across the classrooms or hallways. Yes, my days are like that! Makes for a dangerous situation. It’s the hardest job I’ve ever had in my life–it’s also the most rewarding one.

    Whoa!

I need the chocolate to soothe my aching heart (and muscles). Cacao contains magnesium you know. It’s good for the weary body.

I need the chocolate to counteract the assailing non-native grasses in bloom in our southwestern deserts. The stimulant effects of chocolate can dry some people’s sinuses. I guess I’m one of the lucky few.

    I need that chocolate.

  • http://mediamafia.org/enter_now/ Chi

  • http://www.greenyourdecor.com Jennae @ Green Your Decor

I’d be lying if I told you I “need” this chocolate, but I sure as heck want it. Delicious chocolate and its organic AND Fair Trade? I think I’m in heaven.
