The golden rule of going green is to have copious amounts of reusable bags strategically located in your car, at home, at the office, etc. To this end, building up that initial collection can take some time. But fear not! We’re here to help get you started or add to the bag arsenal — just promise us you’ll actually use ‘em!
Today’s giveaway comes courtesy of Rume — makers of stylish, affordable reusable bags for the environmentally-conscious consumer. These are strong, (capable of carrying up to 50lbs!) versatile bags that can appeal to either men or women. Better yet, they can be rolled up so that a set of three bags is reduced to something resembling the size of a cup of coffee. More information is available on the official site.

I live in DC, I don’t have a car, and I need something I can easily tuck into my purse or leave at work in case I decide I need to stop by the grocery store. I’ve used cloth bags since the 70’s – my favorite is pink and white ticking with my name embroidered in pink( my favorite color)on the front – my second favorite has cats on it – thanks for joinging the bandwagon
I work in an environmental department and we are always looking for fashionable, but yet earth-friendly reusable bags. These bags look great!

great bags! I love giving bags away instead of using gift wrap and for trips everywhere (from my daughter sleepover at her grandparents to working out at the gym). The way these bags get so small is such a plus.

These are great! They look really durable too! i love re-usable totes..but many seem pretty flimsy, and i worry about how long before those end up in the landfills too. i needs some totes that will last!
I love these bags, so colorful and the fact that they can hold up to 50 lbs is awesome, I can get the farmer’s market and grocery shopping done in style!
