Not a bad idea really... Cops should have the right to shoot on site anyone caught throwing trash out the window of their car. This would do away with most monster truck red neck Republicans! Budweiser should be fined a million dollars for every one of their cans found on the side of the road! Come on guys! Cigarettes don't harm anything... filters do. Animals eat them and choke! We should just ban cigarette filters, which are going to kill you before the tabacco will anyway... If you're going to smoke, at least have the courage of your opinions and suck it in all the way, make the nicotine count! Stop wasting all that good residue.
