I've seen it and coursed through a number of its pages and spoke at length with its author this past summer. Though I cooked in hotels for years before returning to grad school at Harvard, its photos, recipes, and wording show great attention to detail and concern for making this first book the first of a long line of successful top tier vegan culinary resources.
